3. Anxiety buster (17:59) - In this part of the meditation, Rev. Sydney Finn guides you through different energetic tools to support you in shifting intense emotions like anxiety, rage, and fear. You’ll be supported in gaining your power back, rather than potent emotions being a source of disempowerment.
